Review content:
Please, do NOT use this company. Yes, they are cheap, but you get what you pay for. Oliver (owner) is almost impossible to get ahold, first bad sign. They are currently not insured, it expired 5/5/12, and they are not registered/permitted with the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) in Colorado. I have written proof of both statements.
I should have canceled the move, but did not. The movers showed up in a very old truck, and were not professional, did not know how to effectively pack the truck to maximize space. Half of the items we needed them to move did not fit in the truck. Did not have dollies either, had to use ours!
Once at the new house, they damaged our pine floor by not using a dolly for the refrigerator and they also damaged our hutch (punched a hole through the back of it). We have tried to contact them to file a claim, and have not heard back.
I have never left feedback before, but this was important. Thanks
