Review content:
We stayed here as part of a wedding party. The rooms are VERY small and the title cabin is quite misleading. After checking into our room that we were told could accommodate 5, we discovered that the futon was about the thickness of a comforter. It was like lying on bare bars. Don't get me wrong I have slept on worse in my day, however it was in a third world country where I was paying $2 for a room not $130. When we went to talk to Lynne and Pierre about the situation they were very rude and treated us like were irrational. We had to go and get another futon from our friend's cabin and carry it over to use for the night. \r The Outback Hall has only two window AC units and was extremely hot for the wedding dinner. We were all drenched in sweat by the time it was over.\r They expect you to wash all your dishes before leaving, again something I expect from a $5 hostel.\r When we checked in we offered to pay then, she said we could pay when checking out so that the other couple staying with us could pay separately. However, on Sunday when I went to pay she had already run my card without my permission. Then told me that she tried to call me before running it, which was not true. I asked if one of them would come and take a look at the futon and consider replacing it. She said she would send Pierre to the room in a few minutes. I went back to the room and he did not show up.\r On the other hand, they were very polite and accommodating to the bride, groom and others who were paying $1000s of dollars for the wedding. \r They never once apologized or offered anything to make our stay more enjoyable. \r Hopefully, this review will prevent others from being mislead into having a nice wedding weekend at this poor quality establishment.\r Pros: beautiful location Cons: Pierre and Lynne ( owners) are degrating and cheap
