I went to the location at 7600 Kingston Pike Knoxville Tn, in West Town Mall, I arrived at 4:00 to purchased Two pairs of glasses at the advertised special (two pairs for $99) picked out a pair of regular and a pair of sunglasses both perscription. The total came to $257.85? I needed the glasses so i went ahead with the purchase, was told to be back for pick up at 7:00. When i arrived back at the store they had to look for my glasses, I then noticed that the lenses were in the wrong frames!! Was told they could them put in the right frames and ship them to me, Wow after waiting Three hours just to be told by (Mike) the store MANAGER they would ship them to me??? If this were Me I would have fixed them myself to keep a good customer and not loose a sale.\r

Well to sum it up I got my $257.00 back for the $99.00 special and will take my business some where elese.\r
