I almost became a regular customer at Pimaan Thai as I like Thai food in general. They must have seen me almost each alternate weekend. One day I missed summing up the correct tip amount (15% of the check amount).
Though they had already included gratuity, so I am not obliged to pay really any tip otherwise. But after I left the restaurant, the lady from Pimaan reception walked out and caught hold of me and told me to pay 15% tip. Guess what I had paid only $3 less. They not only lost me as a customer by doing this but I really took the pain to create an account and stuff to give this review here.
Ban that stupid restaurant. I love to eat out of weekends and I have been to restaurants where they offered us free dessert on the house just because we became regular.
But my experience at Pimaan thai was embarrassing and frustrating just for $3. I will never go there again
