Review content:
By far the most flavorful Mexican food I've had around these parts lately. This includes the salsa! They do a full range including tortas and tamales besides the expected. All non-greasy as it could be.
The chile verde burrito is perfect, with tender pork and sauce with flavor, not your typical watery stuff. Their carnitas are tender style with (I warn you) a few chunks of gristle which you actually DO want cooked with the pork. They'll also do shrimp dishes and vegetarian.
You'll have to wait a bit, but chips are thrown in for you to keep busy and the food is nice and hot (temp) when it gets to you. That's great when you take out. The hot sauce is respectably hot (calor).
This is a recent discovery that I've been back to often.
