I had an extended experience with Eastside Exterminators. I live close to the water, and rats were getting in under our my house and nesting in the insulation. It was awful. The smell of rat excrement was coming up through the vents, and causing extreme discomfort.
Eastside Exterminators came out, and they really knew what they were doing. First, they ripped out every bit of the old insulation. Then they washed everything thoroughly, sealed up all the places where the rats were getting in, and finally re-insulated.From then on I had them come out regularly to make sure the problem did not return.
I did think I paid them quite a bit of money, but they solved my problem, and handled themselves very well. I had tried other exterminators first, and they not only failed to eliminate the pests, but left dead carcasses lying around. Eastside Exterminators were much more professional and thorough. I recommended them to all the other neighbors.
