Review content:
The summer program/camp they run at the Fishers YMCA is what I deem as an accident waiting to happen. For the entire summer they will allow your child run wild with minimual supervison (handful of teenagers for 50 or so kids) through the woods located behind (north) of the building. I have seen children in the woods in rain, storms, 90+ degree weather for almost the entire day. Oh sure they'll tell you we bring them in if its storming or we bring them in to swim and stuff but I have personally witnessed them in the woods during storms and if they bring them in for swimming or other activities it is only 1-2 hours max. That woods if you walk through it is full of raccoon stuff that comes out of the rear (whats up with the website not letting you say nicely what that is??) and one end is marshy and full of all sorts of varmints. You couldn't pay me to enroll my children in this program but that's just my opinion.
