We were in the market for a contractor to do a cobblestone driveway apron. We contacted Peter from All new paving who provided a timely quote. And a reasonable price. He needed a deposit the second he was on site. I should have forseen this as a red flag to a company having no operating capital. But gave the benefit of the doubt, The projcet required fresh water to activate the material which bonds the cobblestone together. But this is a farm with no running water as was told to the owner at original walk. And he said no problem they will bring water from there facility. What they actually did was scoop pond water from a pond on the property with a bobcat.Oh did I mention they crushed several of the irrigation pipes while extracting the water. And as expected when confronted he denied But said he would fix it any way.But of course did not. Also the debris from All New Paving work was naturally dumped into a stream embancment adjacent to the work site. And never cleaned up.We have reported the contractor All New Paving to the DEP for this is a violation. Lets get back to the actual work The dirty water which was to be lightly hosed over the bonding agent located between the cobblestones. Was dumped from the bucket of the bobcat onto the bonding agent moving it and of course it then never adhered to anything except the faces of the cobblestones leaving them stained black and all loose til this day.The owner Peter was called 10 x and would disguise his voice and actually pretend he was not him.Keep in mind I was calling him on HIS cell phone which he always answered if he needed money. We have handed this over to the legal system as contractors like this are the downfall of good contractors providing good workmanship. I still see him driving around the area. Please be forwarned should you see a Ford F450 burguny and gold with dual wheels coming to your neighborhood DO NOT USE THESE GUYS.THEY ARE TRULY A CRIMINAL OPERATION. Also have a neighbor who used these guys and exactly the same issues with his pavers.
