I hadn't called Pizza Garden in over a year because the last time I ordered the food took over an hour and a half to be delivered and was delivered by a very rude young man with a nasty attitude. Why I called again, I don't know but I got what I deserved. I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my home which is just a few blocks away from this place. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get the food. When the delivery guy came he didn't have the complete order. They had forgotten to give him a small cheese that we specified we wanted. He said ""it ain't my fault. Dis is all day gave me"". He had no pen for the charge slip and he asked US to call ""his boss"" about the missing food as his cell phone ""ain't workin' tonight"". Wow. When we got the pizza that WAS delivered onto the counter we opened the box and the pizza was completely cold, soaked in grease and mushy. I called with all these issues and was met with a very unprofessional attitude from one of the family members that owns this ""joint"". He offered to send more food, but at that point, who would want it? The pizza we did have was horrible even after re-heating it in our oven. I will NEVER order from this place again as they have just blown it too many times and refuse to change their bad habits. I give them a solid F rating for FAILURE. You are better off heating up a frozen pizza for a lot less money.
