Of the 8-10 Indian restaurants in Boulder/Denver I've tried thus far, this is probably the best I've found. The Taj and Tandoori Grill in Boulder are very good, but this place seems to be more dramatically and complexly spiced than most. The only thing that was below average was the strawberry lassi (watery texture, visual separation of liquid and solids as the beverage rested). Have eaten here many times, very consistent. Note I am a bit of a harsh critic, so my numbers may seem a little lackluster for this being my favorite.
