I bought my Honda at Dobbs and unfortunately paid for a service agreement. My first visit with the service staff was awful. All the service representatives appeared to be very overwhelmed. I spoke with two of them and they both acted as if they were too busy to be bothered (I had an appointment by the way). The cashier sat at her desk reading a book. The only person to even make eye contact with me was the guy who gave my keys back after the oil change and I imagine that was only because he knew I was leaving. The guys at Jiffy Lube are SO much more professional!
