I read the review by genisis3 and tried Yamato. Don't let the strip mall exterior fool you. This is some awesome food! We did the pickled jelly fish, dynomite baked fish, squid salad, green mussles, cured salmon, salmon & tuna nigiri, spider roll, spicey tuna roll, shitake mushroom roll, sunset (catepiller at other places) roll, freshwater eel, & tamago. It was a group of five with two sushi newbies and I don't really like sushi. LOVED IT!! Super fresh, not mushy, great flavor, and beautiful presentation. Everything was yummy. LOVED IT!!!! The fried ice cream for dessert was good too and the fruit desert (carved into animal shapes) was spectacular. LOVED IT!!!
