It's one of the wonders of Tucson how this company is still in business. Use them only as a last resort. You would literally be better buying tile anywhere else -
First, if you can actually find anything in the meager and overpriced selection, know that they issue no refunds if you have any boxes of leftover tile, only store credit. Even if the tile is something they perpetually stock on the shelves. A store credit might be agreeable if Donna, the manager, did not try to do everything possible from disqualifying what you are trying to order when you go to use this store credit.
Forewarned is forearmed so buyer beware regarding customer service skills:
Snooty, Rude, entitled, and dishonest.
Is this the kind of place where you want to spend your hard earned money? No!
