Review content:
I made my first (and last) appointment with this office only to totally regret it later. I had to wait for more than a month to see Dr Debra Polson, and when I showed up I was told by the receptionist that they had cancelled my appointment!! ""How come I don't know about it?"", I asked, and all the receptionist said was ""I am sorry"". Another surprise: She also informed me that the doctor does not accept patients of my kind (Hep.C). Ironically, on the wall of the waiting room there there was a posted policy of the office stating that if a patient misses an appointment or does not show up without prior cancellation, the patient would be charged a $80.00 fine. Now, how much should I charge the office for taking a day off from work (estimated $100 of my PTO time) for this appointment? Conclusion: After making a new appontment with ANOTHER specialist in a DIFFERENT office I hope I am going to have a better luck. I would categorically advise NOT to use this office - they are not professional, not friendly and plain rude. Cons: Customer-hostile office, unprofessional staff.
