I had the worst experience at the House of Fashion. The owner/manager/employees are rude and dishonest. They will tell you what you want to hear with no intention of backing up their promises and then will stick you with a non-refundable dress that you purchased under false pretenses. If I could do it over again, I would not step foot in this horrible establishment. If you purchase a dress from HOF, demand to take it with you because if you leave it there they will let other brides try on your dress that you have paid for in full. DO NOT BUY A SAMPLE from them. They will tell you the will ""have it cleaned"" and repaired, but they will do a poor job on alterations/repairs and refuse to clean it. I cannot say enough what a horrible business HOF is. Save yourself a lot of trouble and heartache and take your business elsewhere. I can't believe this place is still in business. They have been ripping off unsuspecting brides for the last 45 years.... don't let it continue!
