My mom and I were treated horribly from beginning to end when we went in for our bridal consultation - we only ended up staying for about 20 minutes. I had brought in pictures from current bridal magazines of dresses that I liked, and the woman took one look and said 'You want a bridesmaid dress"" because I was interested in tea length gowns or gowns with color detail (both of which are very popular right now). I ended up looking at racks of colored bridesmaid dresses that were nothing like what I would ever get married in . I tried on one dress which they did not pin, even though it was several sizes too big. It was also very crowded and impersonal.
Pros: good parking, range of prices
Cons: bad customer service, impersonal, outdated selection
