Personally, I would reccomend Scott to anyone who has criminal charges of a significant nature, or multiple criminal charges. I recently was in JeffCo courts, due to a deputy who had an attitude problem and didn't like me at all. This deputy found me asleep, parked in front of a new home under construction, after working through the night to avoid the unbearable heat in the day. He charged me with a total of 3 felonies and 2 misdameanors that were basically all drg related charges. For his protection, I won't mention his name, but he still has it out for me, especially now, because Scott went in the courtroom and stood up for me. There aren't very many attorneys now that don't kiss the DA & the judges' rear to get what they are trying to get. Now, granted, the 2 misdameanors I deserved charges for, but the DA and the deputy who handled my case wanted me in prison, and I had prescriptions that cleared 4 out of 5 of the charges, which were dropped by the DA. The sheriff was sitting in the judge's office peering into the courtroom on our first appearance, and informed us after court was out of session, that they still wanted to prosecute the DUI, even though they had NO proof of intoxication, but they wanted to get another continuance so that they could have an expert witness testify about the effects a certain controlled substace on someone's behavior. They honestly thought they could prosecute on that, but Scott was not having it. I couldn't ask for a better attorney. He has defended many bigtime cases,so myne was just a walk in the park for him, but without thinking twice about it, he stood up for me like I would have if I was an attorney. I can't stand the lawyers who are buddy buddy with the DA and the judge, because they take what they can get pleading. Scott will tell you what he is trying to get, and he will definitely get it, especially if you are innocent, and I truly was. Scott did a great job and I can't say enough good about him. Pros: Everything about him.. I never expected such a great outcome.. He is the best!!! Cons: N/A
