In 2009, We went to Anderson Brides for their suit rental for our daughters wedding. We were told we could pick them up a few days prior to wedding. Then we were told we couldn't pick them up until the day before the wedding. That made us concerned in case there were fitting issues etc. When we arrived to pick them up the suits looked like they hadn't been cleaned & pressed properly. I actually had to request a suit to be pressed. We were in a very tough situation as it wasn't like we could cancel with them & go else where the day before the wedding. At the wedding, buttons were falling off the suits and when we went outside you could see on the Father of the Brides suit that it had makeup on the shoulder from the previous users. That only validated what we felt, They had not been cleaned. Zero should be the rating and I would never use them again.
