Review content:
George Stevenson and his wife, Shaleen Stevenson, showed up around 1:20 pm on 7/27/11 to fix our spa heater. They could not figure out the problem so at 1:45 said they wanted to get lunch. They came back at 2:30 and George said he was not going to try to fix the heater anymore that day because Shaleen was feeling unhappy about her ailing mother. George said he could come back 4-5 days later, and I said I would instead like to just leave it at today since I did not want to wait that long...and I was privately having doubts about their abilities. Although they had not been able to diagnose or repair the heater, George said it would be $90 for the service call. It seemed like a rip-off but I wrote the check. George was closing up the heater and Shaleen decided to help close a side panel by banging on it over and over with a screwdriver. I asked her to stop and said I will have someone else put it back on. She (a large woman) stood up and said, ""He has been doing this for 45 years"" and came at me with the screwdriver!!! I kept backing away and said I would call the police. She started calling me every name in the book and screaming obscenities like she was some kind of a wild animal in our nice, quiet Folsom neighborhood! George did not do anything to stop her. She left out of our side gate while George gathered his tools. She came back to our side gate and I told her not to come back in. She barged in anyway while screaming more obscenities and saying I should have been willing to wait the 4-5 days since her mother is ill and she hopes someone becomes ill in my family! She ripped up the check I had just written then screamed more obscenities while charging at me...I had to call the police!\r
