If you're looking for typical saucy, cheesy Mexican fare, you would be better off sticking with a chain restaurant. If you want something fresh, unique, and delicious, go to Maya's. It's a shame that the last reviewer was disappointed because his meal was not swimming in enchilada sauce. Apparently the chef knows that it would be a shame to cover up the delicious, fresh flavors of the dishes here. Because it's not your standard burrito joint, I would recommend reading the food descriptions thoroughly or looking around at what everyone else is eating. Bob's Original Margarita is excellent with any meal here.
