I took in my puppy on an emergency basis, he was completly lethargic. Not only did they misdiagnos my puppy, but I was charged WAY too much money. The Vet didnt ask the right questions and wanted to put my puppy through a series of tests that were unnesecsary. So he didnt know what the problem was and sent me home paying a ton of money an some antibiotics that my puppy didnt need. I called my regular vet and was told to bring him in immediately. They found the problem first thing and was able to treat him accordingly. So I ended up paying for two vet visits because they would not even refund for the visit. i would of payed for all the tests, but they refused. The front desk is very nice but horrible vetrinarian, I would not recommend this emergency clinic to anyone!
