I subscribe to Netflix and receive 4 to 6 movies per week. We recently bought a new and larger mailbox to accommodate the movies so there would be no problem when the carrier leaves the mail. To date, the carrier will NOT leave the movies in the mailbox or will he/she ring the doorbell to give them to the occupant. WHY is my question. I am home every day! I find this unacceptable and had to call the supervisor this morning to file a complaint. Marylou assured me that this will not happen again and she would speak to the carrier to find out why they are not leaving my movies. I live on Winters Street, 95838. In the past, last month, I did receive 2 movies, so why have I not received the others that I have ordered. I find this lazy, unacceptable and unprofessional on the part of the carrier and I want my movies in my box, OR the carrier can RING THE BELL to give them to me. I hope, after my telephone call this morning, that this problem with the carrier will be no more, and my family can enjoy the movies that we order on a weekly and daily basis!
