This company advertises on TV a $19.95 oil and filter change using Castrol motor oil. (A ruse to get people in since they also do auto repair)\r

I took my vehicle in and requested they use 20-50 weight Castrol oil. The technician then tells me that there will be an additional fee since 20-50 is a ""special"" oil. (Didn't the tech in the ad show us a gallon bottle of 20-50 oil!!!)\r

The ""slight additional fee"" now brought the total to $34.95! ( No, I went elsewhere.)\r

Look, you can just go to Wal Mart and see that there is no difference in price between Castrol 10-30 and 20-50 oil.\r

This is BAIT AND SWITCH!\r

These people are not honest! Beware!
