I do not know what the reviewer's problem was that was listed below but I think she is dead wrong. Reef Dog does a great job with my 2 standard poodles. Plus, my dogs LOVE to go in to Reef Dog and that tells me a lot about how they are treated when they are there.
Pros: They love dogs and do a great job
