This is now my third time getting my carpets cleaned by Bevan and they do an AWESOME job! He's actually in my living room carpet cleaning as I type this (and has no idea that I'm doing this).
This is the third time having him clean my carpets in three years and I wouldn't have him back if I didn't think he was good. We have high traffic in our house and pets that we're allergic to so we like to keep the carpets clean.
I don't really do many reviews, but I don't see ANY reason why the other review would be so bad. Maybe they're a competitor or maybe just had a bad experience. Maybe they didn't like the quality since that is so subjective, but to say they're over-priced?!? No way!! That's why I think it's a competitor leaving that review. If not, I'd love to know what happened to make you call them dishonest and what was wrong with the service.
From what I can tell, Bevan is a small, independent carpet cleaning business ran by Myrl and Laurie Bevan (Their name are on their business cards). There must not be any other employees because every time we call or have the carpets cleaned, it's always been Myrl that does it.
Last time he cleaned our carpets he was working SO hard and did an AWESOME job!!! He was super thorough, walked through the entire house with me having me point out any stain that I could see and any pet spots that I remember happening (we have a cat and a dog). He pre-treated all of those spots and now he's in the living room doing the carpet cleaning. He's also going to do a carpet protector for us at a price that's a lot less than the other carpet cleaners. Trust me, I've checked.
Myrl does a great job and I'm more than happy to recommend him to everyone I know!
