I tried Orris on Sat and loved it!!! We ordered the seared ahi tuna sashimi (one of the best in town, thick cut and the sause was great), marinated black cod on basil mashed potato (great fusion!), berkshire pork medallion (the creamy sauce begged for bread to dip in but the bread is not provided unless asked for), the crisp veal sweetbread sauteed with shimeji/shitake mushroom was awesome. I was thinking of the ravioli but decided to save it for next time which will be real soon :-). This is serious eating for a reasonable price, imho. The staff was really friendly also. \r
