Came here #1 close by my house....#2...great references! Yuki, my Shih Tzu, was in need of a deep cleaning and a new haircut. My attempts of grooming her with my bf and myself didn't work out as planned. We decided to take her to some professional place to get it done. I saw DogSpaw on yelp and read reviews. Although theyr hours are a bit odd, we made an appointment and hoped the reviews lived up to their ratings. We dropped her off at 10am and Alex had about 4 other dogs in the cages....most of them were already well groomed and clean. Just by looking at the finished products from that moment, I trusted his instincts to make my dog just as nice. We were running late to pick her up. Instead of coming back by 1:30pm, we showed up at 2:10pm. Oops! He was closing shop at 2pm! But, when we arrived, he didn't make a big deal about being late and still had a great attitude about briefing us on how the session went. Yuki looked happy and so cute! He used to look sad and scared after her other grooming sessions at other spots. The prices were very affordable and you can put it as ""dirt cheap"" for the professionalism he puts into his work. I will definitely bring my baby back her for another visit!
