THIS COMPANY TOTALLY RUINED OUR WEDDING!!! TO HAVE WRITTEN THE CONTRACT REVERSE BY HAVING A BLUE CAKE WITH WHITE DOTS AND NOT EXPLAIN THAT TO US WAS TOTALY UNACCEPTABLE. THEIR RESPONSE OF ""YOU NEED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY"" WAS UNCALLED FOR. A GOOD AND DECENT COMPANY WOULD HAVE SAID, ""WE ARE SORRY FOR OUR ERROR OF NOT EXPLAINING HOW THE CONTRACT WAS WRITTEN AND WILL MAKE IT RIGHT!"" ""WE CAN MAKE THE RIGHT ONE WHEN YOUR RECEPTION IS"".....I AM APPAULED THAT THEY TOOK THE APPROACH THEY DID WHEN WE TOOK THE TIME TO COME SEE THEM TWICE TO ENSURE IT WAS RIGHT. WE SELECTED THEM BECAUSE THEY GAVE THE IMPRESSION YOU WERE PROFESSIONAL. WE PAID MORE BECAUSE WE THOUGHT YOU KNEW WHAT YOU WERE DOING. THE LADY WHO TOOK OUR ORDER SHOULD BE FIRED FOR MAKING SUCH A BIG MISTAKE!!! THANKS A LOT FOR OUR DR. SUES CAKE! WE ARE SOOOO UNHAPPY ON THIS DAY THAT SHOULD BE OUR HAPPIEST THANKS TO THEM.... IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY, THINK TWICE BEFORE YOUGO THROUGH THE SAME NIGHTMARE WE DID…..
