Review content:
As a long time client, I expected Dr. Tonya to be honest and fair when I brought my dog in w/ what turned out to be an inoperable tumor. The support staff was great and patient but ultimately, I rely on Dr. Tonya to best guide me. Even when it was clear that we couldn't do anything else, she still pressured me to try additional treatments and tests that were costly and invasive.\r
\r
Though I would do whatever for my pet if I thought it would help, I am not wealthy and to waste hundreds of dollars and put my dog through two additional days of suffering for no purpose was inexcusable and negligent.\r
\r
I am not educated about animal care and obviously, as any loving pet owner might do, I made the mistake of making decisions based on her recommendations and my emotions to guide me. Clearly, this was not the right decision and I cannot believe that she is so money-motivated and greedy, that she would have pressured me as she did.\r
\r
I am heart-broken but I will not make this mistake again and have established a relationship with a different vet whom I believe uses her training and not her bank account to do what is best for me and my pet.
