For the price you pay, I expected a lot more from Pittsburgh Rare. Great steak, great view but the service was very rough and unpolished for the price point of this restaurant. Starting with the untrimmmed meat sickenly displayed on a tray still in the dirty plastic cryovac, to the intrusive and un-coordinated way food is delivered and dirty dishes removed (or not), to the dirty, unkempt clothing of the wait staff, to the dirty and cheap champagne glasses, this place misses the mark. I'm willing to spend the money for a great food but I expect the service to match the price as well. We will not return.
