I have lived here for over a year. We rent a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It is WONDERFUL! They're spacious, clean, quiet and can look wonderful! Our bathrooms are both spacious; in fact every room in our apartment is large and well positioned. You even get TWO patios, one off the master bedroom (which also has a walk in closet) and one off the living room. There is also a built in ""office"" area near the living room/dining room, which means your extra bedroom can be an extra bedroom, or personal gym or whatever else you desire! Each unit also features a washer and dryer. And there is a clubhouse that has a gym with newer equipment, and a tanning bed. There is also a seasonal pool that was open from about May to the 3rd week of October, so it was really open quite a while. The office staff are both friendly and helpful, they really go the extra mile to make you feel like you're home. We have had ZERO problems with our neighbors, in fact every single one we have spoken with is considerate and very nice. Yes, these apartments cost a little more than others, but for the security feature (there is a controlled access door, no one can get to your apartment without being buzzed in), the space, the quiet and convenience of being right off the by-pass it's defiantly worth it. You also have access to the river, which is located right next to the apartments, and a walking path that goes for miles. I would definitely recommend these apartments, they are FANTASTIC!
Pros: Spacious, Convenient, Friendly atmosphere, SAFE, Great amenities, Fabulous staff, Well-kept
Cons: Slightly higher price than other apartments, but well worth it!
