I ordered a really cool cake for pick up in the Beverly Hills showroom of Hansens, and when I went to get it, the figurine on top had toppled over for some reason. The manager immediately called the bakery, who sent over a decorator (who arrived withing like 15 minutes!) and he fixed the cake like there had never been a mishap. In life these things happen, and the professional staff at the bakery never let it phase them. They kept me calm and took care of the problem.\r
I'll tell you that having the little fresh samples on hand didn't hurt either. They are so good! The party turned out to be another success, and all was well.\r
I tell all of my friends to get their cakes from Hansens, and they do! They all love it as much as I do.
