Review content:
While this is not the place you come for ambiance, this is the best place for asian food in Providence. I am usually wary of restaurants that try and combine different asian cuisines into one place (they often end up doing none of them very well), but Apsara does a great job with them all. BYOB makes the dining experience all the more affordable and fun for big groups.
Pros: Great food, Inexpensive, BYOB
Cons: Crowded at peak times, Hard parking, Not great ambiance
