Review content:
Every time I visit The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, I see something new I want to buy/try. Tony Princiotta turned me on to Walnut Oil and gave me a recipe off the top of his head for a vineagrette to go with their Fondue for Two, which is the new crowd pleaser at my house. While I do buy cheese here, I am finding that lately I buy more gourmet items to cook with. And I am always impressed with the number of languages spoken by the different staff persons, who are all specialists of some sort. If you didn't catch Norbert, the owner on The History Channel's Modern Marvels, check out his podcast on iTunes, it's entertaining, informative and funny.\r
