Review content:
Educators Music has two stores on Detroit Avenue in Lakewood. This part of Lakewood is a wonderful area with a pizza place and sandwich shop. Plan to spend a number of hours looking through boxes and bins of music. There is plenty of music in the back room and side shop. If you don't find what you want, go across the street where you can search through more music.
The staff is extremely helpful and knows the inventory well. The store has many boxes of sale music on the front tables. They also have a lot of music that is out of print and no longer available at most stores.
Parking is available at the meters on the street. You'll need some change, but you can usually park right in front of the store.
The store carries music for bands and solo parts. Rather than mess around with smaller music stores, it is a good idea to try here first.
