I had my daughter's bridal shower at Fox Hollow Catering. The site was nice, rolling green hills, a soft tastefully decorated room that was screened off from other diners. Servers were very attentive but I was not happy with the food. We opted for a very reasonably priced luncheon buffet. We chose london broil, chicken franchaise and penne vodka for our main courses. The london broil was tough, the chicken was overcooked and did not have neither a lemon or white wine sauce, the chicken sauce was ""non-descript"". Finally, the vodka sauce did not have any cream and was not pink. It was a red tomato sauce. When I complained to the Catering Manager she was apologetic but did nothing to try to make an ammends. The cold salads they offered were good and we had excellent feedback on the bean, and mushroom salads. We also received excellent feedback on the baked cookies they had as part of their dessert tray. I considered the Catering Manager inexperienced as the conversations I had with her were not in depth and she didn't seem to have a good knowledge about vodka sauce, franchaise sauce or the details needed to make my event seem special. Additionally, the one handicapped bathroom they had upstairs was used by the golfers during the event and was often found to have papertowels and bits of toliet tissue on the floor. Myself and another family member felt we had to check the bathroom often.
