When I moved to Camarillo 3 years ago, I made a visit to the library because our internet was still not hooked up. What an impressive library!! Beautiful design, great children's area with a pirate ship in the middle, a used book store where you can purchase 2nd hand books, a coffee shop with outdoor seating, a movie rental box for free DVD rentals, a scheduled geneologist and a friendly staff. They have tons of computers and most times, that I needed one, I've never had to wait. (You can use ancestry-dot-com at no charge there). You can also access the library from home online and search for books and place a hold. They will either e-mail or text you when your book is there. Also, if you want to safely drop off a book, you can put it in their outdoor drop box or there is one indoors. I feel so lucky to be living so close to an awesome library!!
