Pinnacle Heights is falling apart. They are raising their rent only to get rid of the courtesy officer because it is not in the budget. They charge you for carport parking when there is not enough parking spots for the tenants in the first place. It is always a challenge to find a spot to park in unless you want to walk a mile with all of your stuff in hand. The staff is fake and lies to your face. The apartments are crappy and they have disgusting water. Not impressed.
