The spa's fine, but don't stay! One example (only ONLY one example.....!) I was told I could check in early-- around 1:00. When I arrived I was told, ""she shouldn't have said that. Around 2:00 and your room will be ready,"" Fine. Lunch, 2:30, it's ""oh, she's still cleaning it! They were the last to check out.... 15 more minutes?"" Half an hour later (at 3:00, the ""guaranteed"" check in time)....not ready! At 3:45 my room was ready. (I'm sorry, I could have cleaned the dang room faster.) An apology? Nope. Just rude! Even better--when I went to check out two days later I was running a little late and told them I'd be checking out at about 1:00. After a ""discussion"" with several people, a manager who was SO rude, he finally told me ""fine. but you'll have to be out of there right at 12:45.""Ahhh....hospitality. NOT. Pros: Cheap, no phones in room, spa Cons: , horrible management, rude staff
