Review content:
Modern small appartments on the Elmwood Strip. Off street parking is a real convience, but when it snows you may get stuck. \r
Management routienly returns security deposits after 60 days if you complain, otherwise I don't know if you'll ever get your money back. When I moved out it seemed that many of the quieter tenants were moving out or waiting to find a new place.\r
The location is convienient to bus routes and near restraunts and night spots. The front apartments are a bit noisy if you're not used to city living.\r
There's a lot of foot trafic in the hallway at night, there's no security guard, and it's easy for people to sneak into the building. There are security cameras, but ....\r
It's no the worst place to live in Buffalo, but I don't want to live there because of the loud noise, smell in the hallways, and I don't feel safe living there.
Pros: Location. Parking, Near Bus Routes,
Cons: Lack of Security, Indiffernt Management,
