Bottom line Parma's owners are some of the nicest people, and their staff is friendly and knowledgable and their food is simply fantastic... it is going to be alot of white sauce, along with a few deep red, grab a anti~pasta, their Veil is out of this world... if you get the opportunity read the love story on the wall, she came all the way from italy to find Joe once again and they have been together ever since, not cheap not overly expensive, you dont have to wear a suit and tie but a nice dress shirt for the gents will do, i highly recomend this wonderful little place, classic food with charm
