Villa Nova Apartments 80 Shull Avenue Gahanna, Ohio 43230 \r
Yes, I have first had knowledge of this place seeing as I've lived here for 4 years.\r
You need to know that if you have autism, asperger syndrome, use crutches, or are trying to aid an ailing elderly relative of yours & it often requires them being with you, that this may NOT necessarily be the apartment you should consider.\r
My wife was trying to help her mother, & she had no other place to send her to. & so, she had her with us for a while. And the original owner of the place (Joe Duris) told her that she had to leave because she wasn't on the lease & because she made the place look like a nursing home, & it cramps the style of Villa Nova.\r
Also, if you make any mistakes that end up royally embarassing you, and it causes unintentional damage, such as, say, flooding your apartment & a neighbor's because you accidentally clogged the toilet- Don't count on a chance to make things right. You need to be aware that if the new owner Terry Duris doesn't like you, even if you aren't prone to causing neighbors problems, he's going to seek to kick you out.\r
And, you must watch out for Linda Woods, the resident manager's mother.\r
She is a crazy woman. She'll tell you she likes people like Billy Graham, yet when it comes time for her to emulate what she's learned from him, she'd rather cuss you out if she thinks you did something dispicable.\r
No, if you have mental, emotional, & family disorders- they'll undoubtedly be harsh on you if you live here.\r
I beg you, find another place to consider.
Pros: Near I-670, Hamilton & I-670
Cons: You're in charge of all bills except water & sewage, Management not friendly to the disabled or handicapped
