As the owner of TLC Advetures I would question Gene J.'s assessment of the center since we do not have any parent by that name who has ever been enrolled at the center. Possibly Gene is from a competing daycare center and this is the only way he can make his center appear to be better than it actually is. First, the toddlers do not sleep in cribs - all older children use cots (Gene would know this if he had ever been inside the daycare center). Secondly, no child ever leaves a classroom because the teacher ""went on vacation"" or 'took a break"". TLC Adventures has sufficient staff available to cover all vacations and breaks and we do not have ANY classroom that has only one teacher in it (again if Gene had actually been inside the center, he would know this). Lastly, yes parent and visitors do have to enter the building through a metal detector which is viewed by a security guard - what better way to assure the safety of your child!\r Oh, and the parking...registered parents are given FREE parking in front of the Federal Building for easy access. I welcome all families to visit the childcare center and prove to yourself what I've said and what a great place to enroll your child! Pros: convenience and cost
