We stayed there this weekend we were expecting better service. So we get a great room then we run into some problems with the clealiness of the room and especially the beds. They weren't so clean and some other issues I rather not embaass them any more.\r \r They compensated by changing us to another room, which felt soooo much more cleaner just by walking in, giving us fresh linens, and other things. I mean customer service was great depending on who you spoke with. Dry cleaning was slow we lost reservations because it didn't get there on time which was the 2nd time we lost reservations because of all the shuffling they had us doing. I was just dissapointed because we were expecting a relaxating weekend and it was only that for a few hours.\r The breakfast in the restaurant on the 2nd floor was really good and the bed in the 2nd room they gave us was really comfy too, I just suggest they be more cleaner. Pros: Great Breakfast, Great Bed Cons: Dry cleaning, elevators
