Being new to Ithaca for a while now, I have tried all of the cleaners in the area at least once. The problem I encountered at the other places is that when I would pick up my clothes, they could never be found. I would have to wait for someone to call when my clothes were found, a real inconvenience. I understand mistakes can happen but, the same problem at 4 different places on the first visit ? That's just poor service. I found Wyllie's here on city search and read that they have good reviews and I have been using them for a couple of weeks now. The owner told me that mistakes can and do happen sometimes but I was comforted in the fact that their work is done on site and there are no other stores for things to get taken to by mistake. Definitely a plus that my clothes stay in one place. Glad I found you guy's !
