BRING YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. For a simple job to install a water filter and spout in our kitchen, the plumber showed up a half hour late, didn't bring the right tool to cut a hole in the sink for the spout, cursed at my wife for not telling him in advance that the sink was made of stainless steel (this was a surprise?), left without making a follow up appointment, and sent us a bill for his time! After I refused to pay this bill, I was told brusquely over the phone that they would not schedule another appointment because I refused to pay, and the person on the phone refused to consider why I didn't think I should pay for someone so unprofessional who wasted our time and did nothing for us. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
