Not sure how good they are at fixing a car, but their ability to get a tow truck to you when promised is nil. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes, ballpark. After 45 minutes, I was told he was ""on his way"". After another 30 minutes, he still wasn't there - and dispatcher couldn't give a promise as to when he would be. Went with another service - can't wait all day. It's not complicated. By the way, the pick-up was to be in Red Hook - which is where they are located. And they still couldn't get here in less than an hour and 15 minutes (much less than the original 15-20 minutes) even though they were given a heads up about the pick-up the day before. Use at your own risk. Dispatcher was beligerant when questioned why he couldn't come through as promised.
