Review content:
My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Janus and Dr. Berenson. It is an ordeal to make an appointment here - always put through to voicemail and often it is 1-2 days before you hook up with scheduling. The doctors won't speak with you over the phone - you have to go through their ""assistant"". The doctors seem to guard their time and privacy at the expense of caring for their patients. They rarely run on time for a regular appointment. \r

I needed to speak with a doctor one early evening when my daughter was having a severe migraine (due to a recently received treatment at the office) and even after two calls (spaced 40 minutes apart), I never heard back from a doctor. It was the first time I'd called the evening service since she'd become a patient, so she really was in extreme pain.\r
\r
This is a patient mill, very impersonal. If you want to feel like your child truly matters, then go somewhere else.
