The Great Pho Houses are usually family run. That means the waiter is probably a son, a niece, a sister in law, but family for sure. I have been coming here for years and have enjoyed every meal served me. The occaisional ""unahappy parent/manager"" is just a condiment for the fabulous soup as well, and I encourage everyone to dine here regularly! Best spring rolls ever! Everyone there is very accomodating.
Pros: The real deal.
