I read the review that was posted that said the food was nast nast nasty, but I was really craving Jamaican food, adn this was the closest I could find to my office in Cobb Galleria, so I gave it a shot. I have never experienced such poor customer service....EVER! I walked in and nobody said a word. There were four people behind the counter and not one addressed me. It took ten minutes before anyone would even take my order, and I had to aggressively say,'Does anyone take orders here?"" It was ridiculous. The stew chicken I ordered had a nice flavor but the plaintains were so tough, it was as though they had been reheated everyday this week and the cabbage had no flavor. I was disappointed in the overall experience. I was hoping the food would make up for the lack of service, but I was just let down on every aspect of my visit. Oh, and let me not forget to mention it was super hot in the cramped dining room. There was not a trash can to dispose of my trash and when I asked where one was I was told to go outside. This place is pathetic!
Cons: POOR SERVICE!!!!
